This cake is the basic vanilla cake at the base and creamy layer and kinder ganache at top.here the ganache is made withkinder chocolate.it really have a different taste .

Ingredients
FOR CAKE
- 1 cup Flour
- 2 Egg
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1/4 cup Oil
- 1/4 Cup Milk
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla essence
GANACHE
- 8 chocolate Kinder piece
- 1/2 cup Whipping cream
CREAM LAYER
- 1 Whipping powder sachet
- 1 tin Fresh cream
- 1/2 01 packet Caramel custard powder f
- 1/4 cup Milk
GARNISH
- Chocolate shavings
- 1/8 cup biscuits Crushed

Instructions
- To make cake: Beat eggs and sugar till creamy then add oil , vanilla essence mix it well.
- seive together flour,bakingpowder, and add to the above egg mixture then simultaneously add milk and prepare the batter
- Now nicely grease the cake tin and pour the batter and bake @180xb0c for 20 mins(preheat the oven for 10 minutes)
- TO MAKE GANACHE Heat the whipping cream and pour over the broken chocolates mix until well mixed then beat it well and refrigerate it
- CREAM LAYER Beat whipping powder and milk till peaks then add the cream ,caramel custard powder and beat well.
- TO ASSEMBLE:: Take out the cake then scrape little bit of cake from the centre making a well with sides.then apply the ganache all over then set in fridge for 10 mins then spread the cream layer.then on top layer the remaining ganache. removed cake pieces which is crumbled is added along with the powdered biscuit at the top of ganache.finally add the chocolate shavings(kinder shavings)
- refrigerate for hour.
